Festival Dates and Hours:
The Shaky Beats Music Festival will be held for three days from 11th May to 13th May 2018. Festival Doors will open to public at 3:00 PM on Friday, 2PM on Saturday and 1:30 PM on Sunday. The Festival’s ending time is 11 PM on Friday and Saturday and 10 PM on Sunday.
Festival Map:
The 2018 Shaky Beats Music Festival Map will be made public once festival is near.
Allowed & Banned Items:
There’ll be a search conducted at entry and re-entry to the Festival. You’ll be checked thoroughly so it’s better to avoid bringing any big bags.
Following is a list of banned and allowed items:
Allowed:
- Bags will be restricted to small purses and draw string bags and may not exceed 14” x 11” x 5” (35cm x 28cm x 12cm).
- Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.
- Camelback’s are allowed but must be empty and have only one additional pocket.
- Binoculars
- Blankets, Sheets, Towels
- Totems – as long as they are not metal
- Cameras – only nonprofessional photos and video cameras will be allowed, and must be without equipment attachments such as selfie sticks, tripods, and monopods
- Empty CamelBaks water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles
- Water – you may bring two factory sealed bottles of water and refill them throughout the day at our free water filling stations (up to 1 liter each)
Banned:
- Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products
- All professional audio recording equipment
- Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment.
- All professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
- Drones or any other remote flying device
- Coolers of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use)
- Framed backpacks
- Hammocks
- Glass and metal containers of any kind
- Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
- Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind, except 2 factory sealed bottles of water (up to 1 liter each)
- Umbrellas
- Pets (except service animals)
- Professional radios or walkie-talkies
- Selfie sticks
- Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
- Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
- Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.
- Weapons or explosives of any kind
- Fireworks
- Large chains or spiked jewelry
- Bicycles inside festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance)
- Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)
- Chairs of any kind
Every person who enters the festival will be thoroughly checked and that includes media. When you purchase a ticket, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of festival and one of them is full TSA-style checking which will include pouring out your pockets and bags, a complete search for illegal items by passing hands over body, having all your belongings investigated and you might will also need to take off your shoes. Drugs are strictly prohibited, and they have the right to deny entry to anyone.
Minimum Age Requirement:
To attend the Festival, you must be 18 years of age or above. Only 21+ people can be VIPs.
Exit & Re-entry:
All ticket holders will be scanned at the gate for every exit and re-entry into festival and a person is allowed to enter and exit exceeding to 3 times a day.
Lost & Found:

Safety & Medical:
Festival staff members will be constantly available at festival grounds to provide a safe and secured environment. In case of any emergency you can contact on-site security or emergency medical staff of festival. You can also avail the facility of Medical Tent or if its serious look for a police officer or a staff member.
Are Children Allowed at the Festival?
As there’s an age restriction, no children are allowed on festival grounds.

The shaky beats Music Festival will be held at Midtown Atlanta at Central Park.

Camping:
Camping is not allowed at the festival. Still you can look into great deals at the hotels near festival.
Uber:
To get to and from the festival, Shaky Beats Festival has its Official Ride Uber. You can use the Uber Pickup Zone at the corner of Piedmont and Pine Street.
Public Transportation:
You can also avail public transport facilities. The easy way to get to festival would be using MARTA.

Legal Information:
- Shaky Beats Music Festival cannot guarantee weather its either sunny or raining.
- Ticket you buy is for Shaky Beats Music Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule may change without prior notice. Artist cancellation does not hold festival to refund. The ticket is a varying warrant of the time/date listed on the ticket.
- “Management” means C3 Presents, LLC, and its affiliates. Management holds the right on tickets purchase amount without any refunds, to refuse entry or to force out any person who does not go by the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or who has been charged for illegal, undisciplined or repulsive behavior. The person who is entering the festival would be checked thoroughly for any illegal or banned items. Management is not responsible for any incidental personal injury by the ticket holder during festival hours. Also, management can’t be held responsible for cancellation of event and about foul weather. The resale of and attempt to resale tickets is strictly banned and on discovery shall be voided without refunds. You are not allowed to use tickets for advertising, promotions contests and sweepstakes included or other trade purposes without written agreement from Management. Also, you can use their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event without management’s permission.
Official Wristband Policy:
- All wristbands will be mailed. No hard tickets or Print Pass option will be available.
- All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.
- Only wristbands purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
- Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival.
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
- Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.
- Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REPLACEABLE.
- Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
- Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.
- If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.
- All Passholders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.
- The festival takes place rain or shine.
- THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.
Removing Your Wristband:
After the festival has ended and you wish to remove your wristband, safely cut at the end where the cloth strap is sewn onto the clasp, so it will pull through easily without damaging the strap, the clasp, or your fingers!
Remember that you need to keep your wristband on all times during festival weekend removing your wristband would invalidate your entry to the festival. For more details on how to safely wear or remove your wristband visit Will Call or Ticket Help tent near any entrance at the festival.
ADA Access and Accommodations:
ADA Festival Entrance:
There are special lanes allocated to people with disabilities at festival. You can simply see wheelchair above the entrance lane or a staff member can also direct you to the lanes.
Shaky Beats Access Center:
Shaky Beats Access Center services include:
- Access Program related Question’s Answers.
- Information regarding to people with disabilities.
- Programming information in large print and Braille for reference
- Power outlet are available to recharge power mobility devices.
- A Festival map that identify all viewing areas for disabled people (plus one companion). One thing to take note of is that special access viewing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis as they have limited capacity.
Patrons with Mobility Limitations:
- The Festival grounds are accessible for wheelchair but do consider that being a large venue will have great distances between stages. Also, this music festival is situated in a park in open air so in case of rain or other weather troubles the management of the festival does not hold any responsibility.
- The Festival do not offer any personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. So, plan ahead and bring attendants if required. There are not any wheelchairs provided for rent or loan thus decide in advance if you will need a wheelchair.
- Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed for use by people with disabilities. Requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, for safety reasons.
- Festival’s Access Center provides a map of the festival grounds with wheelchair platform locations identified. The wheelchair platform areas are reserved at all times for people with mobility impairments plus one companion. Please note that these areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Accessible portlets are available at the ends of each row of restrooms throughout the park.
Special Dietary Needs:
Other than water bottle outside food are not allowed in festival and if a person needs some certain medications or have some restrictions on some food items then he will be needed to bring a doctor’s note with him. The doctor’s note will be checked at the entrance of the festival for security purposes.
